4. Vouchers & Discounts
- Valid only during the announced period or up to 1 year.
- Non-transferable and cannot be extended.
- Cannot be combined with other discount codes.
- Cannot be used for shipping charges.
5. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by you. Please ensure availability during working hours.
Standard delivery time is 4–6 working days. For multiple items, the longer delivery time applies.
6. Returns & Refunds
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Reverse pickup will be arranged once per order. Additional shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
